When I was living in San Francisco, I drove to work 4 days a week (average 45 minutes each way) and worked from home one day a week. And if you remember I was exercising using the Yourself Fitness application
When I was living in the apartment in downtown Portland, I walked about ten blocks each way to work. Now that I take a bus to work, I walk about five or six, with a 30 minute bus ride in the middle.
Last night I decided I would start exercising again using the Yourself Fitness application starting in the morning.
That morning is this morning and I just finished a 15 minute aerobic workout. It feel good to work up a sweat.
Now to take a nice shower and get ready for the day.
