Moving Update 4
Yesterday, our friend Desi drove us hither and yon to look at neighborhoods. There are some very nice and fun areas in Portland. It was a very clear sunny day and we were able to see Mt. Hood. We had lunch at a nice greek restaurant downtown.
Today, we actually get to see some apartments so we will be heading out shortly again. Our guide won't be coming with us today but she kindly lent us her GPS device.

(this is Cheryl) Since Jerome and I are planning on moving out there later this year, you'll have to share some neighborhood info and the such with us. We've never been to Portland.
If you didn't find a place today, we thought this one looked nice....we're not sure if it's out of your price range or not....
