Seasoning Poll
Has anyone reading this post ever used a spice blend called Beau Monde?
I bought it for making a cheese / meat appetizer the recipe for which I have misplaced. I was wondering if anyone else uses it.
Requesting life experiences, not google search results.

I used it once, but didn't really like it. I have trouble with spice blends because they sometimes contain ingredients that I am allergic to.
My dad uses it, I think mostly in bouquet garnis for soups and stews. I haven't bothered to buy it; I like my own blends.
