  • Menu Update

    Yesterday for dinner we had leftovers
    Thai-style pumpkin chicken soup over rice
    Ginger brocolli
    Green salad with mushrooms, celery & radish

    Tonight, I am planning to make “Penne & Potato” which appears to be a top of the stove version of a baked dish I have made in the past.  Basically, it’s potatoes, pasta and tomatoes cooked together with chicken stock & cheese.

    Tomorrow is Friday, so I think we might have pizza.

    Waiting in the wings:
    Butternut squash which is probably going to end up as soup.
    A friend’s chocolate cupcake recipe, but need to get all the ingredients
