Wednesday Update
Yesterday, I worked the early shift so I got to go home early. Talked to my granddad to help bolster his spirits. Then called my mother to help bolster mine. It's only been 2 weeks since grandma passed away but it feels like 2 months because of everything that has been going on. Mom's on her way down there today.
I took a nap in the late afternoon, then woke up in time for dinner: BLT sandwiches. mmmm bacon.
Knit and crocheted while watching Heroes, Queer Eye & 3 Minute Cooking (really a 15 min program). I am making dishcloths since they are small.
Today, working the early shift again. I plan to cook something in the slow cooker so we don't have to turn the oven on while it is hot. And hopefully, there were be guacamole.
Tomorrow, early shift again. Not sure if the heat wave will continue.

I'm sorry I haven't been by in a while -- My condolences on the loss of your grandma.
I know you're in California, but don't remember where. Are you anywhere near all the fires? I have some friends who are out there. It looks pretty bad!! I hope you're safe.
OMG homemade Gucamole is the sheznits. No one I know likes gucamole. Mostly I think they don't like it because of the color. I can literally eat spoonfuls of the stuff.
No more Queer Eye...wah! I always wanted to have them be my wedding consultants someday.
